The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. is a certified USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provider. The Program plays a vital role in improving the quality of day care and making it more affordable for many low income families. According to the USDA, 2.6 million children nationwide receive nutritious meals and snacks through CACFP.

Through CACFP, ALPI serves nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children enrolled in ALPI's child care and Head Start centers. An average of seven hundred and ninety three (793) children are served daily totaling an average of 396,095 meals annually. ALPI also provides technical assistance and validates eligibility for other private child care providers to enroll and participate in the Child Adult Care Food Program.
