On behalf of the Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. (ALPI), I would like to "Welcome" you to our web site. The sole purpose of this web site is to keep our customers and potential donors informed about our mission, programs and services.

The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc., like so many other nonprofit service organizations, continues to face the threat of increases in service requests for needy children and families. Unfortunately, there has also been a notable decrease in financial resources. These two combinations make it very difficult to adequately meet all the demands placed on our agency by the children and families we seek to help.

Moreover, proposed and current changes in State and Federal funding level policies and regulations continue to have a direct impact on the rate of growth and operation of our Programs and Service Delivery efforts. However, these changes will not deter our striving to continue to do "whatever it takes" to ensure a continuous flow of Children and Family Support Services.

In an effort to be there for all those in need, the ALPI organization pledges to continue to place a high priority on local partnerships and collaboration efforts in order to maximize the use of limited state, local and federal resources.

Again, I would like to extend a sincere "Thank You" to all the pioneers who conceived the Agricultural and Labor Program vision some forty years ago. It is my hope that all persons involved with the ALPI organization today will continue to work together in order to make a difference in the lives of children and families for many more years to come.
